Individual Customized Shoes Price Policy

Have your shoes customized by you and our most creative shoe artists. Define yourself and get your identity 100% reflected. We are the portraitists for you.

How the price works:

Please choose a base(we have two types of base and please read the text below for more info) and send an email to info@defineu.shop. The email should include both your screenshot of your order and a detailed description of your individual customized shoes(colors, pictures, and emojis are suggested, and feel free to describe them in your own way!) We will charge a plus of $10, $20, or $30 depending on your individual customized shoes if needed(most of the time we do not have a plus or just charge $10). Once we receive your email, we will respond to you ASAP and tell you your plus. Then buy plus 1, plus 2, or plus 3 according to our instructions. 

At DefineU, your satisfaction is our promise. To ensure you agree to our price while saving time for you, we have two choices to suit your preference. Base(agreement) means that you agree to plus payment before we send you the email response. We will make your shoes at the time you place your order. Base(discussion) means that you want to know about plus and may want to make a decision/have a discussion with us after we send you the response. We will make your shoes at the time you agree to plus after knowing that, or we will refund you if you do not agree to plus(feel free to negotiate with us and our store will refund you if we don't meet an agreement).
